Brief info
Brian Toma founded FHT Advisors with a mission focus of “All of life’s milestones with personal financial care.” His firm endeavors to be the first choice of high net worth investors seeking the highest ethics and excellence in performance, financial advice and personal service.
With almost 25 years of experience in the financial planning arena, Brian has a keen focus on education and the highest credentials for his team and himself. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP)® professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF)®, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA)™. As a CEPA, Brian helps business owners plan and execute successful business transitions or exits through maximizing their business value, aligning personal and financial goals, and helping navigate the complexities of selling or transferring ownership.
Brian was born and raised in Canton, OH. From there, he went on to graduate from Baldwin-Wallace College (now University) and holds a degree in Business Management. Shortly after that, Brian moved on to John Carroll University to complete his Certified Financial Planner ™ studies. During his college years he entered the investment management and financial planning sector and never left.
While, Brian has multiple offices throughout the state of Ohio but Northeast Ohio will always be home. Brian has previously worked with the American Diabetes Association Cleveland Chapter, former board member of the ALS Cleveland Chapter and has supported northeast Ohio businesses through investments with Jumpstart Cleveland.
Brian’s current Philanthropic focus as a board member for the USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation is directed toward Commissioning week and sending our USS Cleveland to the Fleet with the greatest start possible and to support the ship and crew throughout her service life. Beyond that, Brian will continue to support Feeding America, Special Spaces in Cleveland, Habitat for Humanity and Folds of Honor.
